* The above prices are for packages up to 3 kilos only and exclude bulk orders. We will contact you via email with additional charges should your package exceed this weight.

4 Delivery

Your order will be delivered during normal working days between 8:00am and 6:00pm. To ensure a safe and prompt delivery, we recommend you deliver to your work address if you're not going to be home during normal working hours. Your package require a signature. We'll need your daytime phone number so we can contact you if there are any problems with your delivery. Unfortunately we can't deliver to post office box addresses.

If you have special requirements, simply contact us to arrange it. (Additional shipping fees may apply).


4 Returns and Refunds

Your happiness is our number one priority at jcktrading.150m.com. If you receive any products that are damaged, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you. You may return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt.

In the event that you receive a damaged product, we will refund the original product price & delivery via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
